Lived here for 4 years with my daughter and it’s has been amazing, Jessica and her team are super nice and always willing to help anyway they can to take care of their residents and the community . It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly. I highly recommended moving here, we have everything around us, stores, restaurants, MILLCREEK COMMONS.

Went on a tour this week at the Joshua tree and the office staff were amazing! Very welcoming, clean and positive. Would recommend! Beautiful property and grounds.

I took a tour because I am moving back to Utah soon. It’s a great little community right in the heart of Millcreek. Great updated apartments. Jessica was helpful with all of the question I had about renting and the process. Definitely on the top of the list.

Such nice apartments in a perfect location by Brickyard! Love the pool here, the size and layout of the 1-bedroom apartment, the parking area, and the closeness to Harmons, and other great restaurants and bars in the area.

Extremely high fees on top of rent, not worth it for the apartments here, walls are extremely thin and by a busy road. ducks would leave droppings in pool, and then wouldn’t be cleaned unfortunately, don’t expect to receive any of your security deposit too

This review is specifically speaking to the maintenance workers. Both of the guys who work around the property are friendly, helpful, and have always answered our requests within 36 hours of submission. We have not had re-occurring problems, leaving me to believe they are doing solid work.

She helped me and my roommate with any problems we had with our apartment, helped us change anything we weren’t too big a fan of and she was always sweet and patient with us while we waited to get things sorted.

My move-in experience here was excellent! Both of the ladies in the office are so kind & willing to help with anything I needed. They were so accommodating & quick to help. They also got the maintenance crew in my apartment ASAP to fix the very small items that needed fixing. Overall it has been a great experience with the move.

Made an appointment and within 24 hours I had an awesome apartment. Jessica was such a great help giving me a tour at the end of her work day, laying out all the options and how much each one would cost. I’ve never had an easier move in. Apartments are well maintained and the courtyard area is well kept. I’m excited to live here!

Very accommodating staff when we needed to transfer apartments. If it was a maintenance request that the in-house maintenance staff could take care of, it was usually completed same day.

I stayed in this apartment for a year. A car drove through my unit, I had to stay in hotels for one and a half month. The management team was not helpful, there was no sense of humanity in them. I had a very bad experience in this apartment. The management team is not supportive at all. I had so much suffering and loss from this apartment.

Great spot in Millcreek. Walking distance to a lot of food and bars. Lovely dog community.

I lived at Joshua tree for a year and a half. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys even helped me change my tire in the parking lot one day when I was in a crunch! My service requests were always taken care of within 24 hours or less. Highly recommend. 🙌🏼

Getting support or communicating to the desk in the office was always unpleasant. But at least things got done.

The renovations they are making are great. The management is responsive to maintenance requests and usually other requests as well. It should be great once all of the renovations are done.

Could use a little better maintinence but overall it's been a good experience. My car was broken into on Christmas night though so always remember to keep your doors locked. Overall it's a little pricey but it's still in a good area with plenty of stores, schools, and a great down the street.

With the new management they really have been turning this place around! The new remodeled apartments looks amazing! I enjoy the area and hope I can stay here for awhile! Maintenance is pretty fast. Usually they can get to any work with in a day or two.

The office staff have no idea what is going on, when you request something from maintenance, they come knock on your door and within 15 seconds they are gone. And you missed your chance.
