Lived here for 4 years with my daughter and it’s has been amazing, Jessica and her team are super nice and always willing to help anyway they can to take care of their residents and the community . It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly. I highly recommended moving here, we have everything around us, stores, restaurants, MILLCREEK COMMONS.

Went on a tour this week at the Joshua tree and the office staff were amazing! Very welcoming, clean and positive. Would recommend! Beautiful property and grounds.

I took a tour because I am moving back to Utah soon. It’s a great little community right in the heart of Millcreek. Great updated apartments. Jessica was helpful with all of the question I had about renting and the process. Definitely on the top of the list.

Such nice apartments in a perfect location by Brickyard! Love the pool here, the size and layout of the 1-bedroom apartment, the parking area, and the closeness to Harmons, and other great restaurants and bars in the area.

This review is specifically speaking to the maintenance workers. Both of the guys who work around the property are friendly, helpful, and have always answered our requests within 36 hours of submission. We have not had re-occurring problems, leaving me to believe they are doing solid work.

Nice apartment complex in great location within close proximity to major access points in Salt Lake. High-quality living, reasonable pricing and absolutely fantastic management. Jessica and Jennifer are a joy to work with: they are ready to help, prompt to respond to any needs that arise and extremely courteous and competent. Highly recommend!!!

I currently live at Joshua Tree. I have lived in a lot of apartment complex’s. Most of the time the management don’t care. They don’t care about your need or what you want. But at Joshua tree, they have been nothing but helpful and respectful. Very good and respectful management. 10/10 Recommend living here.

We are working on staining some wood at the property and the residents and the staff have been great. Great to see them maintain the property and keep it a great place to live!

She helped me and my roommate with any problems we had with our apartment, helped us change anything we weren’t too big a fan of and she was always sweet and patient with us while we waited to get things sorted.

She was really helpful and patient during the move in process. Helped me and my Buddy with our Tour, figure out moving costs and pick an Apartment. She’s also always willing to help with any issues.

My move-in experience here was excellent! Both of the ladies in the office are so kind & willing to help with anything I needed. They were so accommodating & quick to help. They also got the maintenance crew in my apartment ASAP to fix the very small items that needed fixing. Overall it has been a great experience with the move.

Very accommodating staff when we needed to transfer apartments. If it was a maintenance request that the in-house maintenance staff could take care of, it was usually completed same day.

Great spot in Millcreek. Walking distance to a lot of food and bars. Lovely dog community.

Jenni is the best property manager you will ever get the pleasure of working with! Also, super convenient location.

I lived at Joshua tree for a year and a half. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys even helped me change my tire in the parking lot one day when I was in a crunch! My service requests were always taken care of within 24 hours or less. Highly recommend. 🙌🏼

Overall good experience! The staff is very knowledgeable about the property and answer every question! We do think it’s a little pricey but it’s worth it! Nice new and updated and seems to be well taken care of. We are enjoying it here and are happy with the staff!

With the new management they really have been turning this place around! The new remodeled apartments looks amazing! I enjoy the area and hope I can stay here for awhile! Maintenance is pretty fast. Usually they can get to any work with in a day or two.

I put in a request for having my deadbolt changed. Management quickly called me back and let me know the situation. It was very much appreciated and went a long way. THANK YOU.
